HYDROSOL-beyond will employ a unit designed in a past EU Project (RESTRUCTURE unit at STJ) for thermochemical heat storage via redox metal oxides for the removal of oxygen (O₂) and recycling of inert gas. The unit will facilitate scaled-up evaluation under near realistic conditions.
